The Central Board of Secondary Examination ( CBSE ) is expected to conduct the board exam of 12th from July 15 to August 26. The exact datesheet will be released by 1st of June. Inspite of the nationwide protest on cancellation of exam during this pandemic period the exam is going to be held in Offline mode.
The protocol of exams will change. The Council had suggested two alternatives- either exam of only few imp0ortant papers or exam of only 1.5 hours. However, for the later case the pattern of question paper will change allowing only MCQ type questions. And for the former case, it is still noot known that which papers will be considered 'important' by the council.
While parents and students had raised concerns that regarding the health and the worry of the third wave, Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal said, " Both students' and teachers' safety, security, and future are supremely important to us"
